The Warmtouch Mat 200 is a triple-insulated Class 2 heating mat, which is designed to be the single or primary heat source in a room.
The twin conductor, single-connection heating cable is woven on to an adhesive backed fabric mesh that not only holds the heating cable together, but means the mat stays flat as soon as it’s rolled out, making it one of the easiest floor heating systems to install on the market. Plus, it is also one of the thinnest at just 2mm thick.
Manufactured in a wide range of ready-made sizes and with the supply lead wire at one end only. This design offers maximum flexibility to the installer; is easy to plan and lay; and is suitable for large or small areas.
You can return your full order to us within 100 days if you change your mind. We only accept full orders and the boxes have to be unopened.
We will refuse returns of opened boxes or used products.
All items need to be returned on a pallet, this can be requested via out live chat feature. The return carriage will be covered by yourself.
Returns are also subject to a 20% restocking fee due to the change of batches that we have in stock.
If you have leftover boxes, we advise to keep hold of them as spares. This is good practice in case you need to replace any boxes in the future.
In the rare case that your delivery is damaged upon arrival, please get in touch within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
All our tile deliveries are fulfilled using a third-party pallet service. Stocked items are dispatched within 48 hours, and are sent on a book-in service. The courier will be in touch with yourself to book a convenient delivery date. You will then be given a 2 hour time slot.
