Tilemaster Waterproof Floor Tile Matting Anti-Crack membranes are made up of 3 layers, and each layer has a specific role to play in the sealing of wet areas.
The floor matting is backed by s layer of Polyester, which has a decoupling fleece layer allowing horizontal movement of lateral sheer forces.
You can return your full order to us within 100 days if you change your mind. We only accept full orders and the boxes have to be unopened.
We will refuse returns of opened boxes or used products.
All items need to be returned on a pallet, this can be requested via out live chat feature. The return carriage will be covered by yourself.
Returns are also subject to a 20% restocking fee due to the change of batches that we have in stock.
If you have leftover boxes, we advise to keep hold of them as spares. This is good practice in case you need to replace any boxes in the future.
In the rare case that your delivery is damaged upon arrival, please get in touch within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
All our tile deliveries are fulfilled using a third-party pallet service. Stocked items are dispatched within 48 hours, and are sent on a book-in service. The courier will be in touch with yourself to book a convenient delivery date. You will then be given a 2 hour time slot.
